LIG on demand service aims to answer your questions and provide you with a roadmap to getting your finances in order – giving you and your family complete peace of mind.

The LIG On Demand consultation is delivered at no cost to you.


Conducted from the comfort of your own home. We can meet you via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, FaceTime or a simple telephone call if you prefer. We can even meet Face to Face at your request.

LIG On demand. You can access one of our financial experts at a time and date to suit you, including on the same day as your enquiry (dependent upon demand).


Fast. The initial consultation will take no more than 30 minutes.


Collaborative. You are welcome to invite members of your family to join the initial consultation or other advisers you might use, such as your accountant or solicitor.

  • Once you have completed our simple enquiry form, someone will be in-touch to confirm the time and date of your LIG On Demand consultation

  • You don’t need to bring anything with you to the consultation, although you might find it useful to have any pension statements or portfolio valuations to hand

  • Your consultation will be with one of our expert financial planners or portfolio managers, depending on the area you would like to discuss

  • You can ask as many questions as you like – no question is too simple or complex

  • Our experts will be able to update you with any legislative changes that might impact your future financial plan

  • Our experts will highlight the best next steps for achieving your financial objectives



MANAGEMENT

What happens after the consultation?


There is no obligation, but we find many people schedule a further conversation once the consultation has ended to receive specific advice about their finances and a plan for the future. Once your initial consultation is over, you can expect:

  • The financial expert you spoke to will send you a short summary of the call, including any links to further information and options that were discussed

  • You will have the option of arranging a further call to gain greater insight into how we can help you achieve your financial ambitions


Guidance and Advice

 
In financial services terms, guidance is an impartial service which will help you understanding your existing situation, to identify your options and narrow down your choices but will not tell you what to do or which product to buy; the decision is yours. Guidance will only identify what you could do.  
 
Advice will recommend a specific product or course of action for you to take given your individual circumstances and specific financial goals. This will be personal to you, based on information you provide. Advice will recommend what you should do.
 
LIG On Demand initially offers guidance and information services. Should you wish to proceed to personalised individual advice, the LIG financial planner or portfolio manager will explain this process in further detail to you.
